Every engagement begins with a conversation — a free, no-pressure introductory call to explore fit and what you're hoping to grow. From there, we scope the work together.
We don't arrive with a template or a fast fix. We co-create solutions with you and the people you serve, grounded in lived experience, healing, practice, and global research — and we move at the speed of trust. The work is collaborative, structural, and built to be regenerative: strengthening your capacity to grow connection long after our engagement ends.

consultation
Strategic support for weaving meaningful social connection into your culture and the services you provide. We start by understanding where connection is and isn't showing up, then build a path forward — and walk it with you. Shaped to fit your needs through several engagement types:

Discovery & Connection Audit — a scoped assessment of where connection is thriving, where it's missing, and the highest-leverage places to start. $2,500–$6,000.

A workshop changes how people think; training changes what people can do. Longer-arc, capacity-building programs — including Social Connection Awareness & Response, Train-the-Trainer, and Leadership & Board training — that build lasting internal capacity in your staff, board, or volunteers.

For organizations and mission-aligned ventures entering a new region or sector. We bring regional knowledge, relationships built over years, and expertise in meaningful connection; you bring your mission and your care for the people you serve. Together we grow trusted, regenerative relationships — at the speed of trust. Not representation, not field sales — a partnership that walks alongside you.
Begins with a free introductory conversation. Foundation engagement $1,500–$5,000; continued partnership scoped together from there.
Our approach to pricing
Access to growing connection shouldn't depend on budget. We use a pay-it-forward pricing model: organizations with more resources pay the full rate, which makes accessible and mission-aligned rates possible for smaller, lower-resourced organizations and the communities they serve. The ranges reflect the real value of the work; where you fall within them depends on your organization's size and capacity. This isn't charity — it's redistribution, in service of a world where everyone has access to meaningful connection. If cost is a barrier and this work matters to you, let's talk. We trust you.
Travel within 40 miles is included; beyond that is added to the quote.
One-to-one Advising
social Connection Leaders & Weavers Mentorship
Focused advising for social connection leaders, weavers, and instigators developing their own style of social connection work. You are not alone! This is the support I wished I'd had when I started.
One-to-one advising where I help you develop your work — directional guidance drawing on eight years of building this work from the ground up, plus shared global networks, frameworks, and research. Whether that's a steady rhythm of sessions or a single intensive day mapping your path together, we'll shape it around what you're building. This is for people just getting started on a project, or a few years in and looking to launch and grow.
This mentorship is for people whose work is primarily about meaningful connection — the purpose you're designing for and measuring by. If connection is one meaningful thread woven into the foundation of a broader mission, that work matters just as much — and our organizational Consulting is built for exactly that.

One hour free (introductory and mutual fit conversation), then $40/hour. 8-hour package: $285. Other packages and creative arrangements welcome.
