free connection resources

Small, practical tools for staying connected — with yourself, with each other, and with your community.

Connecting with others and yourself in meaningful ways takes practice, time, and skill development. The goal is to build a micro-culture of compassionate belonging in and around yourself throughout the various aspects of your life. All of us could use a little help remembering to tend to our practice - like exercising or training to run a marathon, skills do not just magically appear.

Below you can download free, ready-to-use tools to print or keep digital - and actually use. Pick whichever item fits where you are right now, pop in your email, and they're yours*. Nothing here costs money — only a little time, intention, and courage.

Connection Field Journal (originally from my 2026 VT Council on Rural Development workshop Wild Belonging)

  • A reusable reflection tool to help you learn from your connection experiences. Use this after any connection experience — a meeting you ran, an event you attended, a gathering you hosted, even a loving or challenging conversation.

Connection Map for Every Human

  • A simple map for bringing connection into balance at three levels — within yourself, with the people around you, and with your community. Use this anytime in addition to the Connection Field Journal to help you take specific action and be more intentional and proactive in developing your connection practice.

A Connection Map for Rural Nonprofit Leaders

  • A simple map tailored to rural nonprofit leaders — bringing connection into balance across three levels: within yourself, with your peers, and across your community. Use this to help you feel less alone in the work of leading a rural nonprofit organization so that you and your mission is more likely to thrive.

Want to dive deeper  with your group?

These tools are a tiny taste of the deeper work I do — training, facilitation and experiential practices, speaking engagements, and customization for teams to learn how to intentionally weave meaningful connection into how they actually work and care for one another.
